Terms of Service
Last updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LitosFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and confirming that you have the authority to do so.
1. Accounts and organizations
To use most features of the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. When you register, you provision an organization workspace and become its initial administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for the conduct of every member you invite into your organization and for ensuring their use complies with these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you may not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or infringes the rights of others;
- Upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or that you do not have the right to share;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or the underlying systems and networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by circumventing rate limits or usage quotas;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the data, tickets, comments, and other materials you and your members submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service on your behalf.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it to the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Service is offered on both free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring, per-seat basis through our payment processor. By selecting a paid plan you authorize us to charge the applicable fees for each billing period until you cancel.
You may change or cancel your plan at any time from your organization's billing settings. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Changes to pricing will be communicated in advance and take effect at the start of your next billing period.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our data retention practices.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LitosFlow and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please review our Privacy Policy or contact us through your organization's support channel.
